Preventive Programs:
Annual Well Woman Exam: Includes initial medical consultation; comprehensive blood panel and other laboratory testing (including cholesterol levels, thyroid levels, kidney function, liver function, anemia and fasting blood sugar levels); breast exam, pap smear, HPV and urinary analysis.
Annual Well Man Exam: Includes initial medical consultation; comprehensive blood panel other laboratory tests (including cholesterol levels, thyroid levels, kidney function, liver function, anemia and fasting blood sugar levels); prostate screening; urinary analysis, and EKG.
Screening for Heart Diseases — Laboratory Package Includes: Total cholesterol (HDL and LDL) triglycerides; protein; globulin, hemoglobin, hematocrit, complete blood count; and much more.
Screening for Diabetes – Laboratory Package Includes: Fasting and blood glucose levels (available in house A1C for additional price). Additional charge for two hour glucose tolerance tests (GTT).
Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing (STD): Includes herpes; hepatitis; Chlamydia; gonorrhea; HIV; and syphilis testing.
School age children annual physicals – well child exams
